Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. These are tough, unprecedented times, and the information and guidelines we get from government are changing daily. We are following these guidelines and recommendations closely, as well as implementing our own practices and procedures to reduce risk.

Infection prevention control
Since 2012, our employees continuously implemented the control of legionella and other infectious agents by maintaining the cleanliness of all parts of our hot tubs and have taken numerous steps to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 from our normal business operations which continuously includes.
Complete maintenance control log – Each hot tub undergoes a 30-point maintenance test after each hire which includes the removal and disinfecting of all components which is then electronically recorded using the latest technology.
Water treatment programme – Each hot tub is analysed 3 times per day over a 24-hour period to ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the current water treatment programme.
Sanitisation of equipment – Prior to installation, all our hot tubs are ‘shock dosed’ by our in-house water hygiene technician to achieve a free chlorine level of 50ppm (mg/l) for a minimum of 1 hour.
Microbiological monitoring programme – Water from each hot tub is sampled monthly for ACC, coliforms, E coli and P aeruginosa and quarterly for legionella which is then sent to a UKAS accredited laboratory to ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of our current water treatment programme.
To reduce our technicians day-to-day contact, we request that all household members including pets remain indoors whilst the installation of the hot tub is being carried out. On completion, the technician will require to demonstrate the required safety procedures including the water treatment programme with one member of the household.
